Before reporting an issue

Record the app version, Windows version and the workflow that failed. Describe the steps using synthetic examples. Do not include sensitive paths, documents, credentials or recovery drafts.

Keep your work safe

Review file-operation previews and keep backups. If an input changed on disk, preserve your draft with Save As or reload deliberately. File operations are not transactional and completed changes are not automatically rolled back.

Current boundaries

Text: 1 MiB and 20,000 lines per side. Folder scans: 10,000 entries per root and 100 MiB per file. Archives, remote sources and specialized image, binary or document viewers are outside the first release.

Privacy and security reports

Read the privacy policy. A dedicated private reporting route must be configured before launch; the private source repository is not a public support channel.
